Items need to be returned in an 'as new' condition with tags attached. Hosiery cannot be returned if it has been opened.

No Returns Form?
You can find your returns form on the back of your delivery note. If you have lost it, don't worry. Just include a note with your return:
- Your Order number,
- First & Last Name
- Email address.
- Description – of the item(s) you want to return
- Reason – specify reason for return.
- Refund or Exchange (UK only) – specify what action you would like us to take for you.

UK Returns
If you are returning an order which has been shipped to a UK address you are invited to use our Royal Mail returns portal. You do not need a printer and can drop off your parcel at a post office or arrange a free collection.
Note: the Royal Mail portal is actually for What Katie Did as they ship and process our orders. Don't worry, you are in the right place!
There is a fee of £3.50 to use this service. You are also welcome to send back your item using another service of your choice but please ensure you have tracking information.
For UK customers only we offer an exchange or a refund. We can only exchange the same item for a different size or colour. We cannot exchange for a different style. The first exchange will be shipped back to you free of charge, if the exchange isn't suitable and you need to return we will issue a refund.
Overseas Returns
Please send back your item using a method of your choice. Items are returned to us at your own cost.. Please obtain proof of postage as we are not liable for lost packages.
Please ensure you mark your package clearly as a return and put the return sticker enclosed on the outside of your parcel. We are not liable for any import duty charged.
How Long?
Refunds: will be made using your original payment method.
Please allow 7 working days, on top of shipping time, for your return to be processed.
Once a refund has been made you'll receive a confirmation email from us.
Your refund might take a day or two to show up in your account depending on your bank.
